Characters are rated by tiered dice (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12) to represent their Attributes and other features. When tested, they roll 1 or more such dice, and may elect to "cascade" (roll the next lower tier(s) of dice) to assist in succeeding tests, but risking gaining Fatigue - which reduces their attributes for future tests - potentially leading to a spiral of character decline and death.

Neat idea. It resembles Breathless SRD at first glance, but this tags and pushing rolls mechanic make it unique. Have you considered making character sheet?
I appreciate the comment, truly. I expect to develop a bigger version using the system over time - we're playing with it right now and seeing what we find ourselves in need of for sessions, to then add to the game properly. A little character sheet is definitely forthcoming. A basic Cairn style one probably pretty soon.
